“Chicken” Charlie Boghosian, the “creator” of this concoction, won’t share his secret recipe, but it seems to have a mix of flour and Kool-Aid before it hits his deep fryer! His debut came at the recent San Diego County Fair. Supposedly it was a hit, so we expect to see this at our own local SETX fairs coming up soon!
