The date has been set for Girls’ Haven Gumbo Fest:
Before you know it, families will head to Parkdale Mall for the Southeast Texas gumbo feast.
The Golden Triangle’s top gumbo cook teams will come together to compete and to help raise funds for Girls’ Haven Beaumont.
This annual charity fundraiser has become one of Southeast Texas’ favorite family friendly events.
Come out to Parkdale Mall for:
- Great Southeast Texas live music: Zydeco, country, R&B, and rock
- An expanded children’s area featuring bungee trampolines, bounce houses, and other top of the line inflatables. There will also be crafts, games, and live entertainers.
- Some of the best gumbo in Southeast Texas.
There will be three styles of gumbo – seafood, chicken and sausage, and combination.
