Honky Tonk Texas in Silsbee Preparing for Big October
Honky Tonk Texas has become a real treasure for Tyler and Hardin County. They provide wonderful entertainment and help a lot of non-profits in the area.
If you hear there is a big dance, national touring band, or big charity fundraiser coming up in the Silsbee area, it is probably at Honky Tonk Texas.
October is no exception.
On October11th and 12th, Honky Tonk Texas will host a two day “Huntin’ for Bucks” event benefitting Texas Outdoor C.H.I.L.D.
Saturday October 12th, Jamie Talbert will be live at Honky Tonk Texas.
Jamie is a rising star in the Texas music scene.
He is a big guy with a big sound that he has described as a blend of old school country with a Southern Rock edge.
Jamie Talbert bounces back and forth between the Hill Country, Houston, and Southeast Texas.
His shows consistently pack honky tonk dance halls from Gruene to Nacogdoches.
This show at Honky Tonk Texas will be a great chance to catch Jamie Talbert live.
Sunday October 13th will be Bike Day at Honky Tonk Texas Silsbee.
Doors will open at noon for live music.
The Bar & Grill will be open and featuring their hand breaded chicken tenders, fried pickles, burgers, and fresh cut fries.
For Bike Day there will be no cover and live music.

Saturday October 26th will be the Honky Tonk Texas Halloween Party.
This year it is being billed as “Trick or Drink”. Wear a costume and you just might leave with some Honky Tonk cash or a cool prize.
