Vintage Carnival of the Arts with Real Attitude!
Be transported back in time as you experience The Hotel Beaumont and Jefferson Theatre in a whole new way. The 300 block of Fannin will transform into a vintage carnival, with music, dance routines from Dance Attitudes, and City Dance Center, plus various sideshow acts.
Musical entertainment provided by:
Silas Feemster, Courtney Lachausse, Greg Jr., Yella Bellies, DJ Alexxiio, Octopoodle, We are Wombat, and out-of- town bands Gangster Rainbow and Shotgun Funeral.
A portion of proceeds from an art exhibit and The Merchant Soiree (a traveling arts and crafts sale) will benefit Beaumont Main Street.
Come thirsty and relax in the beer garden next to Peacock Alley at Hotel Beaumont and bring your appetite for samplings of some of Beaumont’s finest fare in the lobby of the Jefferson Theatre. Guests are encouraged to express themselves through creative dress- whether vintage, carnival or anything else that inspires them. All proceeds from the event go to benefit Beaumont Main Street.
Free admission with your REcreate wristband to the afterparty at Orleans Pub and Patio, 10:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m., featuring Holy Wave, We Were Wolves and DJ Amran Duran.
